In Canada, Thanksgiving is always celebrated on the second Monday of October. Like many countries worldwide, we use this day to thank the people in our lives, the opportunities we\u2019ve been given, and the things we have. But let\u2019s keep in mind, however, that just like how different countries celebrate on different days, there isn\u2019t only one day for us to reflect and give thanks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
An excellent place to start is by reflecting on what you\u2019ve accomplished so far and giving thanks to the people who helped get you there. What are you most proud of? Is there anything that you thought was out of reach that you did manage to achieve? What goals have you set for yourself, and how many of them have you accomplished or made significant progress on? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
