In order to move your life towards a dream and different goals, it’s important to take the time and carefully consider what it is that you really do want. When you figure it out, it’s important to make the space in your life for it and nourish it into being with your attention, taking steps towards your goals and letting the world around you know just what it is that you would like in your life. Saying it out loud has power and invites the interest of those you are sharing with.
Moving towards your goals should be fun. It should be exciting, yes, maybe a little nerve-wracking, but transitioning your life in a new direction is a huge part of bringing your dreams to life. Finding a way to play towards your joy makes it all worthwhile and the journey becomes an adventure and exploration where you can learn, experience and grow.
When we are playing, we found out about where our limits are, creating new adventures and identifications and these experiences not only lead us onwards towards our new discovered self and allow us to let go of outdated beliefs about who were to release you who you are becoming.
A ‘write’ for 5 minutes on:
A moment of joy that you will remember all of your life. What were you doing? Who were you with? Were you playing towards your joy? Write about your joy and touch upon the senses.
Play is one of the highest spiritual forms of being. When we’re in that state, we get lost in ourselves, which allows the mind to receive the message of the spirit.
Ellie Katz

Lucia Capacchione
Play is the highest form of research.
Albert Einstein
Play brings joy. And it’s vital for problem solving, creativity and relationships.
Margarita Tartakovsky
Life is playfulness…We need to play so that we can rediscover the magic all around us.
