When you hear the word “LEADER”, who do you envision? Your manager, a CEO, a sports coach or a politician? Do you think of yourself as a LEADER? If no, why not?
What if I told you that we all have the potential to be LEADERS? Let’s consider a different question. Do you identify with any of the following characteristics: adaptable, courageous, curious, or inspiring?
Most business books identify these traits with being a LEADER. If you identify with one or more of these traits, then you are a LEADER.
Every time you face a problem and find a way around it, you are LEADING.
Every time you inspire others and bring out the best in them, you are LEADING.
Every time you are curious and want to grow, you are definitely LEADING.
Every time you think differently and have the courage to say so, you are LEADING.
Hopefully you can see, that we all have the possibility of being a LEADER, every single day. Now more than ever, the world needs us all to step up and LEAD.
Moving forward, every time you hear the word, LEADER, envision YOU.
