Find someone with similar worldviews, who will push you in exchange for being pushed, will tell you the truth even when it is hard to hear. Ask this person to be your ACCOUNTABILITY partner. There is strength in numbers. Share with them your dreams, goals and aspirations and listen to theirs.
Working regularly and intentionally with this person will catapult you both towards success faster.
