Online Self-Led Course
Best Life Career
We provide mature career development training that covers the essential "how-tos" of the professional world. Includes resume writing, cover letters, mock interviews, and networking skills.
In-Person Workshop
iDeserve
This course is centred on mindset transformation. We help our participants break through limiting beliefs, build self-worth, and gain the confidence necessary to pursue their highest aspirations.
Partnering with Governments
We collaborate with government bodies through initiatives like the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) program. We host job placements and internships that allow youth to gain their full potential.
Our Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) initiatives go beyond simple work experience; we provide our participants with comprehensive personal and professional development courses and one-on-one coaching.

Mentor Match
In collaboration with Durham Region Association of Black Professionals and Entrepreneurs (DRABPE), we bring you Mentor Match, an annual one-day event designed to make mentorship accessible.
This event is packed with opportunities to grow your network, including Insightful Panel Discussions with experienced professionals, Speed Networking sessions for one-on-one industry conversations, and Exclusive Workshops focused on building your personal brand.
Our recent event at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus brought 40 participants together with senior managers and professionals from sectors like Product Management, Engineering, and Media Production.
Achieve Potential
Our key partnership with Achieve Potential allows us to tailor our programs for different audiences. Participants can easily access our Best Life Career course through Achieve’s LearnHub.

Become a Mentor
If you are a professional with experience in any industry, we need you. Our mentors can get involved in mentoring program participants or share their expertise at our annual Mentor Match event. We are always looking for motivated people across different industries and age ranges to help open doors for the next generation of young professionals.
